Mote Marine Laboratory Summer of Learning

Here’s a little more info about one of our favorite local non-profits… sign up for summer camp now and take home a souvenir summer camp tee!

“Kids are getting into something fishy at Mote Marine Lab: Ocean-themed summer camps are in full swing, and spots remain open for pre-K and middle-school campers. Mote is a world-class marine research facility offering informal science education that goes beyond the textbook and into the Bay. Upcoming camps will be based at Mote’s main Lab on City Island, Sarasota. Campers can discover the wonders of marine animals and environments studied by Mote scientists — a great way to gain steam in STEM education (science, technology, engineering and math) even when school is out. Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and spots are claimed quickly, so please register as early as possible. Registration deadline is noon on the Wednesday prior to the week of camp.” – Mote Marine Laboratory
